What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced leader ready to take FLUX to the next level. You’ll thrive in this role if you: 

• Have proven experience in hospitality management, including restaurant and kitchen operations.
• Are passionate about food, guest service, and creating unforgettable dining experiences.
• Bring creative ideas to grow revenue and elevate guest satisfaction.
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills, inspiring and training staff to achieve excellence.
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage challenges effectively.
• Have experience in management, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Are hands-on and ready to lead by example, actively participating in daily operations.
• Understand the importance of budgeting, planning, and team development.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Unforgettable Guest Experiences: Ensure every guest leaves with lasting memories through personal engagement and a focus on quality.
• Lead and Inspire Your Team: Motivate and guide a talented staff in both the dining area and kitchen.
• Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations, staff coordination, and workflow efficiency.
• Train and Develop Staff: Recruit, onboard, and coach employees to maintain high hospitality standards.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational excellence in line with regulations.
• Contribute to Business Growth: Develop marketing strategies, events, and promotions to grow revenue and expand FLUX’s reach.
