Depending on your professional and academic profile and preferences, you will be involved in one of our communities that all focus on Digital Transformation:
Agile: This community focuses on the skills needed to assist our clients in developing their agile delivery organisations and improving their software delivery processes.
Digital Product and Portfolio Management: This community focuses on the implementation of Digital Product and Portfolio Management and includes tasks such as development and roll-out of a new delivery model that aligns people, processes, and technologies with the product lifecycle.
IT Project/Program Management: This community focuses on our technology program delivery capabilities such as project management, programme management, and project and programme assurance and recovery.
Quality Engineering: This community focuses on End-to-End Operational and Advisory Testing, and includes tasks such as test strategy, test management and software testing practices.
You hold or will hold a Master’s degree in IT Management, Digitalization, Technology, or other relevant fields, or have 1-2 years of relevant experience. You have a profound curiosity about IT/Digital, Agile, and/or IT project management, and you are among the best in your class. Furthermore, you are either a native Danish speaker or highly proficient in both written and spoken Danish.
What you bring to the team:
We believe that close collaboration with clients at their sites is key to delivering successful outcomes. As not all projects are based near our Copenhagen headquarters, you should be open to occasional travel within or outside Denmark.
