Assistant Restaurant Manager for Diamond Slice

Diamond Slice, on beautiful Blågårdsplads in the heart of Nørrebro, is looking for a service minded assistant manager to join our team.

Duties Include

• Overseeing the success of the day's service.
• Coordinating FOH staff.
• Training and onboarding of new FOH staff.
• Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure smooth services.
• Service, including taking orders, making drinks, running food and cleaning up after customers.
• Ordering, receiving and managing beverage inventory.
• Maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the service area.

Requirements

• Two years experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in english communication.  Written and verbal.
• A genuine interest and joy in providing a great customer experience.
• A kind, patient and understanding personality.
• The ability to work evenings and every other weekend

Compensation

• Salary range of 150 to 170 per hour depending on experience and ability.
• Full time position.
