How you will create an impact: - 30 hours a week
- Support 1 partner in Denmark and 1 partner remotely in our Stockholm office
- Organize and plan meetings and business trips
- Manage the schedule of the partners, maintain contact with clients and organize internal meetings
- Handle correspondence with colleagues and clients on behalf of the partner
- Handle expenses
- Maintain and organize opportunities and contracts in CRM
- Extract data from SAP and perform minor analyses and set-up project contracts in internal software and manage project invoicing
- Smaller HR assignments such as support on onboarding of new employees
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks
Your profile: - Fluent in Danish or Swedish (written and spoken) and great communication skills in English
- Knowledge of MS Office tools; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Service-minded and proactive, thinking ahead and striving to make life easy for the partners
- 'Customer first' mentality, understand the need to prioritize customer requests
- High personal etiquette and professionalism in interpersonal communication
- A high sense of quick responsiveness and the ability to deal with challenges

- Knowledge of CRM Dynamics 365 is an advantage but not a must
