How you will make an impact
As an Associate Account Lead you will take lead on 1-3 smaller brands, and you will assist a Senior Account Lead on some larger projects for some of our largest brands – providing a great learning and growth opportunity! For the smaller brands that you take lead on, you’ll be managing the day-to-day relationship with those brands: strategic sparring on their plans, collaborating with them on briefs, and working with them from brief to delivery on the projects they run with The Barn throughout the year.
How you will be successful
As an Associate Account Lead, you have 2-4 years of experience either from the agency side in account management or the client side in a brand management role. It might also be that you are just graduating this summer, but in that case, you will need to have relevant experience from student jobs and/or internships. It’s a big plus if some of your experience exposed you to brand strategy and creative development.
