The position
In Fill & Finish Expansion (FFEx) programme, you will head up a team of three people. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Implement and execute document management processes across the entire portfolio of projects Facilitate implementation of document management systems across all project disciplines Maintain overview of document management processes and reporting on progress throughout all projects Develop and implement document management policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security of all records. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish document management standards and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage the implementation and maintenance of document management software and systems, optimizing their use for efficient document control. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document management protocols and regulatory requirements. Provide training and support to staff on document management processes and best practices. Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the integration of document management systems with other business applications. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance document management efficiency. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in engineering document management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Exposure to a GMP working environment Proficiency in engineering document management software and systems (e.g., Autodesk Vault, Sharepoint, or similar platforms). Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to engineering document control and management. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to operate in a heavily matrixed environment, with competing views and priorities.
