The Position

You will be responsible for one of our two operational teams consisting of both chemists and laboratory technicians. The most important tasks will include:

· Creating a balance between stable operations and optimizing our processes.

· Help to develop and test digitization and automation solutions.

· Challenging the status quo through a curious, supportive, and coaching behaviour.

· Prepare for the merger of several departments, that will move into grand new facilities in Hillerød

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have:

· A relevant academic background in a scientific or technical field.

· Experience in a leadership role within pharmaceutical production.

· Proficiency in both Danish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and ef-fectively.

· Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations and compliance.

· Knowledge of quality management systems and familiarity with audits/inspections.

About the department

AMSAT QC Hillerød consists of approx. 70 employees divided into 4 teams. We perform a wide range of chemical analysis ranging from release analysis of aseptically produced insu-lin products to manual analysis of finished products from our global production sites lo-cated in Denmark, USA, France, China and Brazil. Main task of the area is to ensure timely release of products to our patients, however there is an increasing focus on utilizing both LEAN and new technology such as digitalisation and automation to improve both perfor-mance and the working environment across the department. This work is done in close collaboration with external stake-holders as well as in collaboration with peers across Novo Nordisk A/S.
