We are currently seeking two Associate Managers to build up and lead our operator teams during the project phase and afterwards in the running production. The position
You will join a department during an exciting project to build and prepare our operations for the upcoming factory installation and testing. You will get a unique opportunity to set your own team, as you will hire the majority of your own employees to build the team and continuously develop an effective onboarding and training process for them. You will work on maturing the team and create relations and way of working., incl. developing our workflows including setting up board structures, team meetings and teamdays.
You will play a key part in shaping our operator teams culture and approach. While ensuring that the team is ready to help validate equipment and run processes in the new facility the team is focusing on creating all our training materials, such as job instructions and SOPs. It's essential that you bring structure and clarity to our team in this complex project environment.
You'll be responsible for developing your own team and will work closely with three other operator team leaders to ensure a coherent approach across our factory. Your focus will be on developing your team in a way that benefits them personally and supports the department's overall goals.
