The Position
In this exciting role, you will be a member of the management team in the Assembly 1.5ml Department, where you will be responsible for a team of highly engaged and high-performing skilled workers on two assembly lines operating 24/7. Your main tasks will be to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance in compliance with internal and external requirements. You will set the direction for the team, ensuring continuous improvement in production and quality in accordance with cGMP, enabling the department to supply patients worldwide.
As a manager, you are open and honest, and you take pride in seeing your team shine and succeed through collaboration. You have the ability to foster unity and ensure high well-being. You set clear expectations and tangible goals, communicating them effectively to ensure that everyone understands how to be successful.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
· At least 2 years of managerial experience within production, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar field.
· A strategic, innovative, and analytical mindset.
· Preferably, proven experience with problem-solving and LEAN principles.
· Fluency in both English and Danish.
As a leader, you are structured, effective, and consistent in executing and following up on daily assignments. You have strong communication skills and can build strong professional relationships. You know how to implement simple, effective systems and processes that align with the needs of the people using them. Additionally, you understand that involvement is key to achieving ownership and empowerment.

About the Department
IFP Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area within Injectable Finished Products, with approximately 1,200 employees. You will become part of our assembly department, where millions of FlexTouch pens are assembled on our two assembly lines and delivered to patients worldwide. The department consists of approximately 90 dedicated employees divided into five teams. We focus on cLEAN and work purposefully to optimize our processes.
