The position

As our new Associate Manager, you will set the direction for our Utility Maintenance team, supporting your team of 10 employees in their daily efforts to solve tasks and challenges. You will also collaborate closely with other departments and external service providers, to ensure that the maintenance of Utility Equipment supports the ability to deliver high-quality products in a compliant and timely manner.

 

Some of your main tasks include:

  • Creating a work environment that fosters job enthusiasm and matches the requests and capabilities of your team.
  • Setting up KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and following up accordingly to measure behavior and results.
  • Leading by example and securing a high level of quality in your deliverables.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we imagine you:

  • Have min. a skilled worker or technical background within Maintenance.
  • Possess a background in Utility equipment, ideally obtained within experience from production and maintenance processes.
  • Have proven leadership experience, including direct people management.
  • Are fluent in English and Danish, both written and verbal

About the department

The Utility Maintenance team consists of 10 highly committed and skilled employees who are responsible for the maintenance of utility equipment for the entire site and cooperation with external service providers. You will be part of the Process Support department management group of 6 managers who is responsible for ensuring high-level support to our stakeholders.
