The Position
We’re hiring for three positions: Associate Manager Mechanical, Associate Manager E&I, and Associate Manager Automation. As a manager within our Project Engineering Teams, you'll be responsible for your team’s performance and wellbeing while they collaborate across disciplines led by Project Managers. Success in this role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, Project Managers, and alignment with Production, Quality, and Safety departments.

About the department
M1 PMO is responsible for the investment portfolio and execution of projects in the production facilities. The department is organized in a matrix with approximately 165 colleagues executing a diverse portfolio of projects in different phases. You will manage a team of external Technical Engineers. All responsible for designing and executing projects from the early idea phase to implementation in the factory, ensuring compliance with regulations within Qualification, Validation, ATEX, and CE. With a high number of stakeholders to manage, we achieve fantastic results through cooperation and communication across the organization.
