The Position
As an Associate Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring smooth and compliant production operations. You will be responsible for overseeing both upstream and downstream activities, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety across the department. Your role includes managing team development, recruitment, and training, ensuring employees are equipped to meet production needs. You will implement cLEAN® principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will ensure that production processes comply with GMP regulations, maintaining inspection readiness for internal and external audits. By creating and maintaining necessary procedures and documentation, you will ensure that equipment and processes are validated as required.
You will also monitor performance through KPIs, ensuring that departmental targets are met with timely and accurate reporting. In collaboration with the EHS organization, you will ensure that safety regulations are followed and promote environmental compliance. As a manager, you will set clear expectations, motivate your team, and create a positive working environment that fosters growth and stability. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- 3+ years of managerial experience within production, probably within pharmacy or similar
- 3+ years of experience from development, production, quality control or quality assurance of pharmaceutical production
- Understanding of GMP and LEAN knowledge
- You have a strong people leadership track record
- You are fluent in both English and Danish

About the department
We are an API production in M4 I Kalundborg, producing API for FVII. We have 170 employees. The primary Operatorteam have 40 employees and the work in 3 shifts 365 days.
