The Position
As the Associate Manager for our planning team, your primary role will be to ensure effective production planning and maintenance execution. You will lead a team of experienced production planners with varying competencies and seniority. Your responsibilities include:
Our department, Business Support, consists of 50 specialized employees working closely across teams and associate managers, including training, planning, warehouse, purchase, finance, and cLEAN coordination. Together, we support two multi-purpose lines covering Fermentation, Recovery, and Purification.
