Are you a good communicator who is ready for heading up an experienced team of QA professionals? And are you able to balance compliance and product quality when making decisions, and stay firm when needed to secure the quality and compliance aspects?

Then we may have just the right job for you, as we are looking for an Associated Manager for our QA Validation & IT team located in Hillerød.

 

 

The position

While your main responsibilities will revolve around managing employees and their well-being, you will also be expected to actively contribute to process improvements within QA.

 

As an Associate Manager, your primary tasks will include:

  • Set direction, motivate, coaching and cultivate high performance and engagement through team empowerment to ensure the team to deliver their best

  • Lead a team of 17 QA professionals, fostering close collaboration with production stakeholders

  • Ensuring that QA supports all the projects in FP operations, Product Entry, and local IT operations

  • Building and maintaining a close collaboration with the stakeholders and common alignment

  • Maintain a focus on simplicity in all processes and continuously improve processes

 

You are proactively striving for higher levels of performance, not being afraid of being challenged by peers and employees.

 

In this role, you will refer directly to the Senior Manager in QA and you will be part of a very skilled and qualified management group.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you: 

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a people manager.

  • Have some experience related to quality assurance and/or pharmaceutical production.

  • Preferably hold a degree in pharmacy, engineering or equivalent background.

  • Speak English fluently, both written and verbal.

  • Have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve optimal performance and results

 

About the Department

Our department consists of 3 teams and is part of PS AM QA FP that is in one of the most exciting facilities in Denmark, Site Hillerød. In the department, we are around 45 highly qualified employees, that are responsible for assuring the quality and compliance of FP operations.

 

The team consisting of 17 dedicated colleagues who are proud of the inclusive work environment we have built, and who share an interest in creating ambitious results through collaboration and curiosity. The team consist of both very experienced colleagues (+20 years of experience) and newly educated individuals. We focus on good social relations and prioritize to make room for fun at work.

 

Main tasks in the team is approving Deviations, Change requests, SOP updates and validation projects on both existing lines and new production lines & facilities for the future.
