The position
As an Associate Manager for the Administrative & Facility team, you will lead the administrative support setup which currently is in a transition following an organisational integration implying a much bigger area from 700 to 1300 employees to support with administrative services and facility management across the AMSAT organisation.
Your responsibilities are:
• Management and team leadership of 12 skilled and engaged colleagues
• Continues development of the Administrative Centre of Excellence setup to support the entire Aseptic Manufacturing Science and Technology (AMSAT) organisation
• Drive operational excellence through best-practices, standards and digitalisation of processes
• Ownership and further development of the digital platform to handle administrative requests
• Secure a robust AMSAT facility setup and close collaboration to EHS, facility project management on a variety of facility- and expansions projects
You will join the Business Support management group and set direction and drive initiatives across Business Support together with your colleagues.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:
• Have Master’s Degree within business administration, human resource management, or other relevant degree
• Have a few years of leadership experience and/or have proven yourself as a strong project manager and are eager to work more with your people managerial development.
• Speak English and Danish on a professional level
• Are highly structured and able to independently and efficiently execute on activities and set direction for as well as support a team
• Are good at communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Can create an engaging work environment where continuous learning is the key to success
The position is ideal for a dedicated, highly skilled and result-oriented individual with either a little people management experience or strong project management experience. The candidate should enjoy working in a flexible, collaborative and open-minded environment.

About the department
AMSAT supports the global production sites by creating innovative improvements to manufacturing processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
As the Associate Manager for the Administrative & Facility team in AMSAT, you will work with a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation. The AMSAT employees +1,300 people are split into locations such as: Bagsværd, Gentofte, Hillerød, Kalundborg and Søborg; main workplace being Bagsværd/Gentofte.
You and your team will be part of the Business Development & Operations department within the AMSAT Business Support that drives a broad range of activities across the organisation including management and admin support, financial planning, strategy, facility- and project portfolio management as well as the environmental and health & safety (EHS).
