Associate Manager, Maintenance and Calibration

The Position

In this position you will lead a growing team of 14 skilled workers. As an Associate Manager for Maintenance and Calibration at Novo Nordisk, you will:

· Plan, design, and implement maintenance and calibration programs to optimize the availability and productivity of manufacturing facilities and equipment.

· Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and metrology engineering work, including reviewing mechanical and electrical engineering specifications and performing engineering reviews of proposed new equipment designs.

· Collaborate with production staff to coordinate repair work, statutory safety inspections, and the supply of new plant and equipment.

· Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

· Oversee and supervise the operational maintenance and repair of equipment in production areas.

· Ensure operational readiness and pre-calibrations of equipment in production areas before the CQV phase and operational rollout.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

· A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.

· Ideally, 3–5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or purification production facility, combined with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.

· Proven experience in planning and implementing maintenance programs in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members while fostering a solid team culture.

· Fluency in both Danish and English.

You have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to find sustainable solutions. As a leader, you have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and engage with colleagues at all levels. Your natural curiosity will be crucial to your success, enabling you to approach challenges constructively and focus on finding effective solutions alongside your team
