The Position
As our Associate Manufacturing Project Manager, you will be the main point of contact for local project activities within the Project & Data Execution team. You will oversee project intake, governance, and reporting while ensuring alignment with budget processes. Leading initiatives to enhance safety, quality, compliance, output, and stability, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive project execution, optimize resources, and implement best practices. Your role will also involve streamlining processes related to local project governance and ensuring effective communication to maintain progress and alignment across teams.

Being a part of Novo Nordisk's Device Component Manufacturing (DCM) means working with a focus on one of the world's largest and most successful pharmaceutical companies. Our organization is responsible for manufacturing and sourcing devices and device components and as such plays a vital part in Novo Nordisk's delivery to our patients.
You will join our Project and Data Execution team at site Hillerød, a diverse team solving a multitude of tasks across the organisation - ranging from running and participating in small-to-large local projects, across designing and deploying reporting and knowledge sharing solutions, to validation and verification of moulds and associated spare parts.
