This is a maternity cover which will last 10 months.
The position
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager (PM) to join our team in Aseptic Manufacturing Site Partnership within Product Supply.
The PM will be responsible for scoping, planning and delivering global training programs for our manufacturing sites, on behalf of the consolidated Science and Technology functions in HQ. The growth of Novo Nordisk effectuates a need for more scalable specialist-level training, through digitalization.

The ideal candidate has high drive, an interest in pharmaceutical production, digitalization solutions, and communication. Some experience with project management or training systems is a plus.
About the department
Aseptic Manufacturing Site Partnership is a new team, nestled in a new department (Aseptic Manufacturing Site Support), within a newly restructured organization designed to meet the ever-growing demand for Novo Nordisk products. As such we are still benefiting from both an entrepreneurial spirit and potential growing pains. We are laying the tracks as we go, so to speak. We are a department of project managers and scientists/engineers, and our primary focus is supporting the global Aseptic Manufacturing network (50 filling lines at 13 sites in 7 countries).
