The Job:

As a Backend/Fullstack Engineer, you will be an integral part of our platform team, ensuring our devices and AI applications operate flawlessly in a dynamic environment. You'll be at the heart of our infrastructure, working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and healthcare. Your role involves expanding our backend to support thousands of edge devices, designing scalable pipelines for fleet management, and deploying deep learning models into production. You will collaborate closely with our AI and frontend teams to bridge the gap between edge devices and our users, ensuring stability and an optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our backend infrastructure.

• Deploy AI models and ensure their seamless integration.

• Design scalable systems for managing and monitoring fleet devices.

• Work with cutting-edge technologies in AI and deep learning.

• Tackle emergent bugs and issues, contributing to the stability and user experience of our product.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI, frontend, and computer vision engineers.

• Regularly deploy updates in real-life hospital environments.

Qualifications:

• Experience with C/C++, Rust, and comfortable with Linux systems.

• Proficiency in Postgres/SQL and familiarity with AWS.

• Knowledge of Github Actions and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with WebSockets, MQTT is a plus.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, encryption, and data privacy protocols.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
