One conference room, a restaurant, a bar – lots of opportunities for organising parties and events in-house. You’ll make sure all the events rooms are always booked and that every event runs smoothly. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our team as Banquet Coordinator & Event Sales Employee (m/f/d).
How does your working day look like …
- You’ll be the ambassador for the 25hours Hotels brand
- You’ll succeed in forging the best links to our customers, so that you can make every event unforgettable
- You’ll take care of the guests at our events – hand in glove with your colleagues and from early till late
- You’ll coordinate your daily schedule independently, even when several events are running all at once
- You’ll get everything ready for the shift, and take care to ensure that it’s all cleared away again afterwards
- You’ll work independently, even when the going is hectic and your feet hurt
- You’ll keep the overall picture in view when every room in the building is booked simultaneously and all the phone lines are red hot
Qualifications
- You are fluent in Danish writing and speaking and have very good knowledge of English.
- You’ve had professional experience in a similar role in the events sector
- You have the ability to get people excited about our concept, and you’re a passionate salesperson
- You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
- You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
- You have fun to work with people and to inspire them
- You’re passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
