Salary rates as of January 2024
This is excluding a monthly bonus of 7% of Revenue.
Junior Trainee - 125/hr kr Defined as an individual that is scheduled together with others, and cannot hold their section unsupervised.
Trainee - 130/hr kr. Defined as an individual that is scheduled together with others, and can hold a basic section unsupervised.
Senior Trainee - 140/hr kr Defined as an individual that can to a large degree hold their position, but not without minor to medium faults.
Bartender - 25.000 kr Defined as a person that can handle foundational proficiency in all 3 major areas, Food, Cocktails & Floor Service.
Senior Bartender - 27.500 kr
