The Position
As a Batch Release Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the release of all our products to our customers in collaboration with Supply Chain, Production, Quality Control, IT/OT and QA. You will contribute to continuous improvement of release processes and participate in resolving release-related issues. Additionally, you will participate in bi-weekly release coordinating meetings with stakeholders across the company to secure timely release of products.

 

The main tasks will include:

  • Performing activities to support Batch Release
  • Managing applicable batch release checklists using STYX
  • Monitoring the status of batch status inputs as follows & communicate obstacles on timely progress such as:
  • Open Deviations with impact on release
  • Change Requests blocking release
  • Batch-related LIMS results

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Academical background related to this area
  • Experience in batch release and GMP
  • Proficiency in LEAN and understanding of systematic problem solving
  • The ability to work independently and in teams, as well as good communication skills
  • A flair for IT Systems with technical understanding of production processes
  • Fluency in Danish

About the Department
 The Supply Chain department consist of 30 dedicated colleagues working within direct procurement, warehousing and planning in dedicated teams. This role will be teamed together with the 2 colleagues mainly responsible for production and capacity planning at NN Pharmatech, and together be able to follow the flow from planning to release. However, in this position you will have a high degree of interaction with stakeholders across the whole site.
