Position

Parfums Christian Dior Nordics is looking for a part time (10h/week) BEAUTY CONSULTANT based in Copenhagen, Denmark (Maternity Cover Starting as soon as possible until approximately September 2025)

Reporting to the Counter Manager, our Beauty Consultant is the Dior Ambassador.

As a member of the Dior team, you will represent the Brand values and passion to our customers and always demonstrates a Dior attitude. The main objective will be to achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing the highest standard of service to customers.

The Beauty Consultant is a brand ambassador, focused on driving sales through exceptional service both in-store and remotely. This role requires mastery in product knowledge, client relationship management, and operational efficiency to provide a luxury experience that aligns with Dior's standards.

Job responsibilities

Sales Performance & Customer Service

Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper

Sell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method.

Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products

Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis

Master Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge

Client Experience & Management

Develop durable relationships with existing clients in store and remotely

Engage new clients to the brand, through genuine human interaction

Leverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect )to drive traffic, clientelling,, develop client loyalty and take actions
