Omada is looking for a highly talented and experienced Bid Manager to join our Sales team. As our Bid Manager you will be responsible for reviewing and qualifying business opportunities, managing the bid process, and generating compelling, customer-focused proposals to win new business. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality bid submissions and maintain a knowledge library of bid response content. 

This position requires residency in the UK and native-level English proficiency.

What you’ll do: 

  • Review, qualify and manage bids to generate new business opportunities. 
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality bid submissions. 
  • Support Sales in creating compelling, customer-focused proposals to win new business. 
  • Manage and improve the bid process and bid library (Responsive, formally RFPio). 
  • Conduct bid reviews and debriefs to constantly improve the bid process. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and bid requirements. 
  • Track and report bid results and key metrics. 

Your profile: 

  • Proven experience as a Bid Manager (2+ years) or similar role within Bid. 
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills. 
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends within the Software space. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in Responsive (formally RFPio) or similar bid response tools, Microsoft, Salesforce.
