XENTA is a state-of-the-art X-Band FMCW sensor system, developed for high-performance 3D air surveillance of all types of air threats. XENTA has quickly gained market shares and Weibel are now ramping up the Bid Management team to meet the growing demand for our radars. As Bid Manager, you will join a team focusing on sales of Weibel’s radar to Short Range Air Defense and Counter UAS System Integrators and Defence Primes.
The position will require a high level of self-drive and ownership of deliverables related to customer case handling, internal stakeholder management, RFI/RFQ responses and more, while working in close collaboration with Weibel’s Sales Directors, System Engineers, Market Management, and Business Development.

Travel of around 20 days per year can be expected.
You have prior experience from a sales support function of technically advanced solutions to the defense industry. Experience with radars or sensors and defence or surveillance solutions will be considered an advantage.
