In this important role, you will focus on developing and implementing effective pricing strategies to optimize our revenue.

As part of our global team, you will work closely with our Product, Retail, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to enhance growth and profitability for our franchise partners worldwide. You will analyze market trends, help implement pricing strategies, and provide recommendations based on consumer insights and competitor analysis.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
Pricing & Revenue Management  

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies across markets and product lines to maximize revenue and profitability.  
  • Manage and communicate pricing initiatives, including strategic changes and updates.  
  • Collaborate with global teams and interact directly with franchise partners and market organizations to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives and financial goals.  
  • Monitor and analyze promotional budgets, providing insights into performance.  
  • Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, legislation and best practices in revenue management.  

Analytics & Reporting  

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of pricing elasticity and competitor actions to develop pricing recommendations.  
  • Support ROI evaluations for promotions, providing insights into net revenue contributions.  
  • Analyze the impact of pricing on sales and profitability.  
  • Participate in operational pricing activities; this is a hands-on role that requires rolling up your sleeves and executing tasks.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS  

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.  
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience with a focus on analysis and data.  
  • Experience with IT systems for information and data management.  
  • Financial experience is preferred. 
  • Strong commercial insights and a proactive approach.  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.  
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.  
  • Fluent in English.  

 

LOCATION  
This role is primarily based in our office in Copenhagen. You will be part of the global Collection & Visuals Team, collaborating with colleagues at our headquarters in Herning and around the world. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while also enjoying a modern and informal working environment.
