BoConcept is looking for a Data Specialist to join our global headquarters team in Copenhagen

In this central role, you will focus on managing the product master data across our value chain. 

As part of our global team, you will work closely with our Product, Quality, Sourcing and Marketing teams to secure the quality of our product master data. You will be responsible for the data governance, be part of implementing a new PIM system, and support internal teams with day-to-day operations. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
Data Governance & Quality Management 

• Manage product master data across the value chain, ensuring accuracy and consistency. 
• Establish a data governance set-up; driving, maintaining, and co-owning the data glossary.
• Be an active participant in the implementation of a new PIM system, and support in the training of system users.
• Monitor and ensure data quality in collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand data needs and establish governance requirements. 
   

Operations & Reporting 

• Participate in operational activities, as an expert in your field; this is a hands-on role that requires rolling up your sleeves and executing tasks.  
• Ad-hoc data changes/improvements and continues impact assessment of change requests.
• Support central functions with data creation in peak-periods.
• Help establish data monitoring and product performance reports.   

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS  

• 2-3 years in data management or data governance roles.
• Ability to analyze complex data structures.
• Detail oriented with expertise in data quality, database structures, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Fluent in English. 

LOCATION  
This role is primarily based in our office in Copenhagen. You will be part of the global Collection & Visuals Team, collaborating with colleagues at our headquarters in Herning and around the world. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while also enjoying a modern and informal working environment.
