Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a bookkeeper who will help us keep our financial operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do:

Being a hero within Onomondo means that you will be responsible for bookkeeping, accounts receivable and ad hoc finance tasks such as expense reporting or supporting with the month-end processes.

Concretely, you will:

●     Accurately record and manage daily financial transactions in e-conomic and Corpay, ensuring our accounts are always up to date

●     Oversee global invoicing, follow up with clients, and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments in e.g. Upflow

●     Support the Finance team with a variety of tasks, including reconciliations

And in all the above, you maintain organized and accurate records to ensure compliance and support internal decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

It goes without saying that you have a strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving. With your proactive and adaptable mindset, you are always ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. Further to this, you are known for your excellent communication skills that enable you to create good connections around the world.

For this role, we do not require any specific educational background as we know that practical experience can outweigh this in some cases.

However, we are looking for someone with a background that matches the following:

●     University degree in business, accounting, bachelor degree in finance or equivalent and/or

●     A few years of experience working with bookkeeping or a similar finance role, preferably with a generalist background meaning that you have tried a number of things within your field already

●     Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Economic or similar)

●     Danish is not a requirement, but a good level of English is as we are a mix of +30 nationalities
