Position: Brand Manager (Therapeutic)
Reports to: Marketing Director
Places of work: Copenhagen, Denmark

 

Job Purpose:

  • Drive Vet Channel growth in Nordics with Hill’s Prescription Diet and Vet Essentials brands 
  • Contribute to building Hill’s brand awareness and differentiated image by connecting with pet owners and influencers through multiple touch points 
  • Acquire and convert pet owners to Hill’s brand feeding 
  • Lead marketing plans, campaigns, and execution of plans to support Hill’s brands to grow Share of Market (SOM) in Therapeutic Segment.

 
What you will do: 

  • Develop, recommend and implement brand strategies to grow business in Vet Channel with PD and VE demonstrating Hill’s regional strategies. 
  • Detailed market analysis of Consumer, Shopper and Veterinary insights to develop marketing plans in all appropriate channels, including:
  • Reviewing and mining existing data and research for actionable insights;
  • Applying relevant insights to the development and execution of marketing initiatives;
  • Learn standard methodologies from Hills in countries, global guidelines and provide recommendations.
  • Commercial monthly reviews co-leadership with other functions with analysis and recommendations to the management team 
  • Support of effective communication with internal partners – regional marketing, PVA, CD, supply chain teams to reach alignment, executional excellence and speed to market
  • Executional excellence of New Product launches in Nordic countries
  • Develop Marketing Plans addressing brand’s targets
  • Analyze pricing dynamics on the market and provide recommendations
  • Plan Demand for the brand, update monthly, provide input to CS&L according to CBP process
  • Full responsibility for A&P brand budget management, monthly spending control, reporting and reallocation
  • Leadership of category portfolio management process based on analytic tools


Your qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience working in a Consumer Marketing Company in Marketing. At least 3 years as in brand management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing/ Economics)
  • Leadership Skills, Focus of Learning and Development
  • Strong analytical skills in regards to data and consumer studies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work experience with professional associations (pet clinics and veterinary) is an advantage

  • IMCs' execution, marketing support execution
  • Brand P&L analysis, promo profitability evaluation
  • Development of brand strategies
  • Market trends evaluation, analysis, providing recommendations based on learning
  • You are proficient in communicating  reports on Sales Conferences, Business Reviews
