Right in the centre of Copenhagen, with the central station around the corner, direct connection to Kastrup Airport and a view of the beautiful Tivoli Gardens, you will find ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza. Here you will find the pulse of the Danish city right outside, while inside the hotel, you can enjoy the calm, timeless architecture and design. Within easy walking distance you will also find Copenhagen's institutions such as the pedestrian street Strøget, the City Hall Square and the beautiful Nyhavn. At the hotel you will find Restaurant Angelini, which finds its inspiration in Italian and American cuisine, and the Library Bar with its popular cocktails.

The rooms are fitted with a private safe, a personal safe and a TV.

Breakfast Assistant – 30 hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced morning person to be our Breakfast Assistant.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we want to provide our guests with an excellent experience. We are a friendly and professional team looking for a colleague to join us and help to develop our product and service.

The historic Copenhagen Plaza provides a full breakfast buffet daily, with hot and cold options, and a healthy portion of our offering is prepared in-house. We strive to provide our guests with a memorable experience and great start to their day.

In your role as Breakfast Helper, you will be dealing with the following areas:

• The daily breakfast operation
• Help with ordering supplies and inventory for the breakfast department
• Support the product, processes and our service forward, by being a positive and active colleague
• Act, operate and manage according to the company’s policies and guidelines
• Assist and always support your colleagues
• Assist in the overall hotel operation if/when necessary
• Contribute to a positive and attractive work environment

Our requirements:

• Fluent in English is required
• Availability for early shift starts from 6:00
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary
• Attention to cleanliness and food safety
• Guest oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• An eagerness to learn and develop
