Our Business Analyst is a key business partner to the Regional Director and support the Retail & Marketing.

The role will be split into three main focuses:

• Understand trends and drivers of the sales performance.
• Create transparency on and challenge franchise partner financials.
• Collaborate with group finance on meeting budget tracking and process improvements.  

In essence, a strategic oriented hybrid role of a business and financial analyst, with to opportunity to shape the role based on candidate profile and experience. You will report to our Regional Director, IMEA and you will work from Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s office in Strandgade, Central Copenhagen.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Complete regular business reviews and delivering accurate business reports and updates. 
• Use and interpret global and local financial data to discuss important aspects and support the Regional Director, C-level, partners, and franchise colleagues, with financial decision making. 
• Share knowledge, insights and best practices with Zebra teams and Franchise partners.   
• Oversee the monthly execution towards the budget and identify deviations and area for improvement. 
• Participate in forecast review meetings, including review meetings with Franchisees. 
• Input figures into planning and other internal Zebra processes. 
• Define core processes of the financial planning and review with the franchise partners. 
• Set up and structure sell-out and KPI standard reports for the franchise business for weekly review of the franchise operations and Zebra teams. 
• Anticipate financial risks and gaps, identify business opportunities and commercial potential. 

This is you:

• Self-driven and well-structured.  
• High level of agility 
• Master’s degree within business or economics.  
• Preferably, relevant experience from former full-time or student positions within analyses and/or experience from the Retail sector.  
• IT-skills are well above average – particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.  
• Analytical mindset, a structured way of working /real problem-solver. 
• Ability to interact communicate with stakeholders on all levels and with different cultural backgrounds. Fluent English, both spoken and written.

• Great organizational skills and ability to perform and adapt to a high demand, time-sensitive, fast-paced changing environment.

You will be part of the retail IMEA team consisting of 5 engaged colleagues as we are expanding the business, we are part of a dedicated global franchise team.

We are +300 People working from Flying Tiger Copenhagen´s head quarter in Copenhagen, 29 of us are currently fully dedicated to the franchise growth.

Our target is 1.000 Franchise stores in 5 years. We are busy but we insist on having fun while we work.
