We are looking for a driven and analytical professional to join our digitalization team within Primeserv Denmark. You will play a key role in structuring and managing digitalization initiatives, ensuring that we turn complex requests into actionable solutions that improve our business.

You will play an important role in:
In this role, you will be at the center of our digitalization efforts, taking ideas from across the organization and transforming them into structured projects. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that digital solutions align with strategic goals and deliver real value. This will include

  • Concept Development – Work closely with stakeholders across the 800-person organization to refine requests into concrete digital concepts. 
  • Backlog Management – Oversee the development backlog together with the department manager, the team and other stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Problem-Solving – Collaborate with frontline employees to fully understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements for our developers.
  • Cross-Border Project Coordination – Establish and maintain an overview of projects running across multiple locations, ensuring structured execution and progress.
  • Solution Handover & Implementation – Once solutions are matured, facilitate a smooth handover to project managers and development resources for implementation.
  • Process Documentation & Communication – Ensure clarity by documenting processes, decisions, and best practices to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing.

We imagine that you:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in both technical and analytical skills, combined with a keen ability to engage with stakeholders and drive digitalization initiatives forward. We are looking for someone who can independently navigate complex challenges and contribute innovative solutions to our team. This could include:

  • A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Experience or strong interest in digitalization, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions.
  • Highly independent and proactive, with the ability to generate ideas and drive progress.

In Data Management, we are a diverse team of 15 colleagues and 7 students from 11 different countries, all passionate about digitalization and finding smart solutions to tough challenges. We also collaborate closely with our team in Greece to drive common projects forward. Our work spans across the Danish after-sales organization, where we help implement new and improved ways of working.
