Business Analyst - Conscious Scaling

As a Business Analyst with a focus on conscious scaling, you will play a key role in driving key-business processes and identifying and understanding scaling enablers and dynamics. By delving deep into data, you will extract valuable insights and recommend solutions that both support our strategic initiatives and sustainable growth.  

The position

• Analyze data sets to derive actionable insights that improve sustainable scaling initiatives across all departments in Corporate Facilities
• Collect, maintain and report on key-business processes
• Utilize data science methodologies to innovate and enhance our scaling processes, identify workload drivers and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Predict and forecast the long-term impact and effectiveness of scaling initiatives, ensuring that we take sustainable and conscientious steps.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports and analysis to keep leadership informed on key metrics and trends.

Qualifications:

We imagine that the ideal person will have all or most of the following:

• A degree in Innovation, Data Science, Computer Science, AI or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a scale-up environment or within a company that has undergone rapid growth.
• A passion for leveraging data to drive business innovation, particularly in an infrastructure of facility domain. 
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel), coding and data science methodologies 
• Ability to manage multiple on-going tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English

About the department 
CFa Project Controls & Business Support is a growing team, anchored in CFa Strategy, Corporate Facilities (CFa). The team will support investment projects and financial processes across CFa. The focus will be on developing efficient standards and processes for projects and the CFa organisation. 

The CFa Strategy team is part of Corporate Facilities, a department of almost 400 employees, that ensure well-functioning corporate infrastructure, and a safe and engaging workplace for more than 30,000+ colleagues across our Danish sites. Anchored in the EVP area, Finance, Legal and Global Solutions, we create tangible business results by partnering with all areas of the business. What we do impacts all Novo Nordisk’s Danish colleagues.
