Business Analyst/Student Assistant in Customer & Growth

Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience with customer insights, business strategies and software solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? The KPMG Customer & Growth team is looking for a business analyst to support our work with a wide variety of clients. 

Customer & Growth aims to be the market leader in Salesforce CRM transformation projects. Our focus is on providing advisory services and driving revenue growth through a ‘Customer Lens,’ ensuring that our clients optimize their interactions with both existing and potential customers.

We achieve this by developing Customer Digital Strategic Roadmaps, which help businesses define their strategic objectives and determine how best to enable them through digitalisation. Additionally, we support transformation efforts by creating agnostic CRM Strategic Roadmaps and Architecture that enhance customer digitalisation. Finally, we implement customer solutions, such as Salesforce, to streamline CRM processes and improve overall customer engagement.

What you will be doing
As a Business Analyst , you will play a key role in assisting our team with research, analysis and implementation projects. This position offers you the chance to gain valuable experience while working alongside experts in the field. Moreover, you will: 

• support the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions
• assist with the analysis of customer data and support digital strategy initiatives
• effectively visualise and convey complex analysis
• contribute to our daily business development activities.

About you, our newest team member 
We are looking for a proactive and motivated student who is passionate about learning and developing their skills within customer strategy and digital solutions. You should be in the final year of your bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing your master's degree (preferably in business, IT or a related field) and have a strong interest in working within a consulting environment. We expect that you are fluent in professional spoken and written Danish since our client portfolio requires this from us.

Skills and experience that would be beneficial for the role:

• You have 1-2 years of relevant experience from a previous student position. 
• Interested and experienced in Salesforce, as well as Salesforce certified.
• Knowledgeable in sales, marketing systems or software implementation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Experienced in coding and understand object-oriented software development.
