This is what you will do:

  • Provide daily support via our web-based helpdesk platform, as well as phone and email, to Danish and international Microsoft Dynamics partners, who need help with troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and use of Continia’s solutions.
  • Reproduce reported issues and communicate these issues to our development team.
  • Test new functionality.
  • Document frequently asked questions and answers.
  • Engage in continuous dialogue with solution specialists and the development team regarding technically demanding support cases and requests for new solution features.

Depending on your location, you can be based in either our Aalborg or Copenhagen office.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and personal traits:

  • Proven experience with Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central or Continia solutions is an advantage.
  • Experience in or understanding basic accounting or bookkeeping processes is an advantage.
  • A keen interest in testing new functionality and maintaining support articles.
  • A genuine ability to work in a structured way and to handle multiple tasks and collect/convey requests and ideas for new product features.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating fluently and effectively in English (Danish would be an advantage, but not required).
  • Strong, proven interpersonal skills are essential, as you will engage with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
