The position as Business Partner
We are looking for a Business Partner to be frontrunner in introducing data management tools, such as PowerBi for optimized reporting and assist in developing the organizational structure in M3 PSE. The department consists of three supporting disciplines, Utility, Maintenance and Engineering Management, supporting project activities in terms of investigating design, constructability, for a new production facility. The department consists of 12 different nationalities therefore ability to communicate and influence across cultures and mindsets are necessary.
The key design principle will be to implement the best-in-class standards from other production facilities. You will assist the management team by setting up the reporting structure, including Visual management for each of the sub-departments in M3 PSE in line with Novo Nordisk cLEAN concepts and standards.

About the department
The Business Partner, M3 Production Support & Engineering is part of the M3 project, Novo Nordisk’s largest investment project to date. The project is in Kalundborg, Denmark, where we design and build future API facilities as multi-product facilities. The M3 team is a diverse group of approximately 300 talented colleagues from over 30 different national backgrounds.
