We are looking for a new colleague for our Retail department at our headquarters in Brande, Denmark.
 

YOUR TEAM
You become part of a dedicated team responsible for JACK&JONES’ retail stores. We are more than 20 colleagues with competences that span the entire retail area – from retail operations, planning, buying and visual merchandising to establishing stores, omnichannel and digital initiatives. Together, we contribute to keeping our +1000 stores running, while continuously expanding our business and optimizing the way we operate. With us, you will experience an international and dynamic environment characterized by a great social vibe and room for individual development. 

YOUR ROLE
You’ll be working closely with our Business Controlling Manager, when it comes to creating action plans to make sure we reach all targets for the more than 700 stores we operate ourselves worldwide. This means that – besides your closest colleagues in Denmark – you will also be collaborating with our 16 Retail Managers located at our offices all over the world.
More specifically, your tasks include:

Following up on targets and budgets.

Collaborating and supporting the countries to make sure daily, weekly and monthly business is running.

Preparation for meetings - online as well as in our international offices – ensuring that we present relevant data to support our stores in reaching their targets.

Controlling & analyzing business data through existing tools and delivering the data to the countries for even better performance.

YOUR PROFILE
You are ambitious, systematic, and analytical, with the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure business focus. You have a can-do attitude, are open-minded, and curious about optimizing operations. As a strong communicator, you are comfortable presenting performance analyses and building relationships across borders in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, you have the following qualifications:

Experience from a similar role, working with business controlling and data analysis to support business decisions.

Degree in finance, economics or business.

Excellent skills in Excel.

Experience operating finance systems (we use SAP).

Fluent in English, both written and spoken – German skills are considered a plus.

Workplace: Brande, Denmark

Travel activity: approximately 10 days a year
