About Copenhagen School of EntrepreneurshipYou will be part of an international team at Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship, which is CBS' unit for practical and applied entrepreneurship. We foster innovation and entrepreneurship across universities through incubation and acceleration programs, alongside various educational and research initiatives. We believe that innovation and entrepreneurship play a vital role in addressing societal challenges.
You will join a new and evolving team focusing on academic entrepreneurship while also collaborating closely with the existing team of Business Developers. Therefore, you will have a great opportunity to play an important role in setting the frames for how we work with research-based innovation at CBS while having a wide span of collaboration points across the CSE startup community and team.
Your tasks - Supporting entrepreneurs in equipping and mastering transformational entrepreneurship capabilities.
- Providing practical advice to early-stage startups, drawing from knowledge of business models and sustainability.
- Taking part in and leading business ideation, development sessions and workshops.
- Representing CSE at different events and participate in spreading the word about the opportunities that we offer to students and researchers.
- Supporting and strengthening our community in becoming a world leading entrepreneurial learning environment.
- Ensuring data capture and systems are robust to derive insights and provide reporting on startup progress and outcomes.
- Developing our approach to helping researchers on their entrepreneurial journey.
- Providing coaching support to founders with particular focus on presentations and pitching skills (support ICT competition team)
- Designing and deliver workshops content on behalf of CSE for semi-formal learning environment
- Providing practical advice to founders on topic of diversity and inclusion.
Your profile Strong business profile
- You are excited about helping startups and founders find the shortest path to product-market-fit and you leave entrepreneurs feeling energized and excited about what they will do next after you have had a meeting with them.
- Proven experience mentoring and guiding others through the startup journey and supporting on presentation and pitching skills
- You have sufficient experience to be able to look at anything from user insights, journey maps and prototypes and immediately ask relevant questions, point to potential problems, and offer pathways forward that save the startups valuable time and resources.
- Ability to work in an innovative and flexible environment.
- You are confident in reaching out to new people, stakeholder management and networking.
- Solid social competencies, the ability to communicate and build strong relations with students as well as researchers.
- Proven experience working in a topic of diversity and inclusion
- Ability to design and deliver workshops for semi-formal learning environment
- You may have experience with back-end data and CRM systems such as Podio, Citrix Automations, Power BI, MailChimp and Qualtrics.
- You are eager to working as a coach, travelling and deliver your mentoring skills to founders
- You speak and write English.
Many backgrounds can be relevant for this position. You should however have experience with idea, concept and business development and a strong interest in the challenges and opportunities for early-stage and research-based startups.

This role is a permanent position, full time employment of 37 hours a week.
Employment and remuneration take place in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant organization, with a classification and remuneration depending on qualifications and experience.
