Introduction:

Welcome to the Sales Development Team at Contractbook! Your role as Part Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) is pivotal in driving our inbound sales efforts, ensuring that we meet monthly and annual targets. By collaborating closely with our Account Executive team, you will be crucial in supporting our prospects throughout their purchasing journey. Your contributions will be key to our growth and our mission to make contract data both accessible and actionable, empowering businesses to thrive with contracts that are built to last.

In this role, you will:

  • Consistently generate a pipeline by scheduling an average of three meetings per day.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to create opportunities and achieve sales targets.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline for your designated territory.

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, pipeline data, and sales forecasts.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A coachable attitude, eager to learn and adapt.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • A team-oriented mindset and effective collaboration skills.

  • Confidence in making cold calls to potential prospects.

  • A vibrant and positive demeanour to stay motivated, even when faced with challenges or rejection.

  • A results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.

Salary and Mode of Work:

This role is office-based, with a competitive salary range of 150-300 DKK OTE per hour, following a 60/40 split favouring the base salary.

Recruitment Process:

  1. Initial interview with Kasper, our Director of Sales (30 min).

  2. Talent Assessment with Viktor, our CoS and co-founder (30 min + 30 min prep).

  3. Onsite visit with Kasper and Sales Team members (30-45 min).

  4. Reference checks.

  5. Contract negotiations, and then you're on board!
