What’s behind the title? 

As a Business Development Analyst in DD&IT at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to support creating a business development framework for our new area, identifying and accessing new business growth opportunities. 

Additionally, your responsibilities will be to: 

• Scout and generate industry and academia trend radars to anticipate and propose business cases to the line of business 

• Collaborate with university accelerators and incubators and build a strong collaboration ecosystem 

• Work across teams and departments, engaging with colleagues around the globe 

• Develop short to long-term strategies and business plans to achieve overall business objectives 

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business to gain an understanding of key business drivers 

Do you have what it takes? 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field  

• Around 2-3 years of industry experience in business development (research and evaluation) and strategy planning in a large organization, preferably in pharma 

• Proven ability to identify and evaluate new business growth opportunities, having worked with academia, venture capital, seed funding or incubation 

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments 

• Experience with data sets, dashboards and BI tools is a plus 

On a personal level, we expect you to be proactive, curious, bold and thrive under uncertain circumstances. Lastly, we are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating a complex stakeholder landscape and eager to actively participate in improving our processes with suggestions.
