Business Development Representative (BDR) at RISMA Systems in Glostrup, Denmark

RISMA Systems is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth in a complex and highly competitive market.

We are +50 employees and have more than 600 clients in the markets leading GRC platform in the mid-market, consisting of +20 different solutions.

Your Role:

As a BDR, you will play a key role in RISMA’s sales process. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for identifying their needs and laying the groundwork for a consultative sales approach. This is a position where technological understanding, market insight, and sales acumen will drive success.

You will be a part of a senior sales team, and as this is a new position at RISMA you will also be able to form your own role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential enterprise customers.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Understand the nuances of a complex sales process and work closely with Account Executives to move deals forward.
  • Analyze and navigate competitive landscapes, tailoring outreach strategies to differentiate RISMA's offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to articulate RISMA’s value in a complex and evolving area.

Who You Are:

  • Tech-Savvy: You have an aptitude for learning and understanding technological solutions.
  • Competitive by Nature: You’re motivated by outperforming the competition and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Excellent Communicator: You’re able to engage potential clients effectively and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Growth-Oriented: You’re eager to grow personally and professionally in a fast-paced industry.
  • Fluent in Danish or Swedish: As you will target customers in Denmark or Sweden, you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in either Danish og Swedish.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in a BDR or similar role is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • An analytical mindset to navigate competitive markets and deliver insights.
  • Fluency in English; additional Nordic languages are an advantage.
