Your Role:
As a BDR, you will play a key role in RISMA’s sales process. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for identifying their needs and laying the groundwork for a consultative sales approach. This is a position where technological understanding, market insight, and sales acumen will drive success.
You will be a part of a senior sales team, and as this is a new position at RISMA you will also be able to form your own role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential enterprise customers.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Understand the nuances of a complex sales process and work closely with Account Executives to move deals forward.
- Analyze and navigate competitive landscapes, tailoring outreach strategies to differentiate RISMA's offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends to articulate RISMA’s value in a complex and evolving area.

- Fluent in Danish or Swedish: As you will target customers in Denmark or Sweden, you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in either Danish og Swedish.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a BDR or similar role is a plus.
- A strong understanding of complex sales cycles.
- An analytical mindset to navigate competitive markets and deliver insights.
- Fluency in English; additional Nordic languages are an advantage.
