Your mission is pivotal - to actively participate in the growth initiatives aimed at bringing our connected vehicle solutions to new partners across the world through market research, product strategy, and partner acquisition.

About the job: 

Business development is a key element of the partner acquisition at TraffiTech. We are looking for a person with a strong winner mentality to join the business development and growth team. The job will cover primarily the early stages of new market research, identifying and assessing potential partners, contributing to go-to-market plans, and having the freedom to bring new ideas to life.

Specific tasks and responsibilities include:

• Performing market research and partner assessment

• Creating and qualifying new business development opportunities

• Developing relevant business cases

• Keeping abreast of industry developments and trends.

• Bringing fresh new ideas to the business development and growth team

You are not afraid to take initiative, suggest new ideas and methods that push us to the next level. You are an ambitious, analytical and energetic person. Hungry to show what you are capable of when given the chance to actively contribute. You are passionate about new business development. You thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the strategic acumen to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

• Strong business mindset and interest in technology, supported by the pursuing relevant bachelor's or master's degree

• Communicate complex topics effectively in simple terms.

• Excel in attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent spoken and written English (any other language is a bonus)

• Previous comparable experience is an advantage, especially if it has been at technology companies

• Entrepreneurial spirit
