We are looking for a student assistant to help us build and develop the largest and most valuable startup network in the Nordics
Mesh Community is a leading Nordic Startup Community supporting 5000+ members with co-working spaces, events, and services for the startup community across the Nordics. Mesh is also the owner and operator of Matrikel1 in Copenhagen and the number 1 Nordic startup recruiting platform The Hub with more than 2.3 million annual users.
Working with top European tech companies and thousands of entrepreneurs and investors, we are looking to further develop and maintain the IT-infrastructure to support our network efforts:

Help build and maintain the digital infrastructure to create awesome member journeys, experiences, and engagement across our network
Be responsible for our member and network data and build and maintain a primarily no-code IT-infrastructure from data-collection to actionable insights
Support our Head of Partnerships, Head of Communication, and group CEO in their work across the Nordics
Become an active member of our Nordic startup community and have fun!
Develop, maintain, and document our CRM setup (Hubspot) incl. data capture, data structure, automations, GDPR compliance, and system integrations
Create and maintain dashboards of actionable data together with our network team
Research and report on the Nordic Startup landscape, companies, and trends
Are fluent in English
Have experience and understanding of CRM systems - or are super tech-savvy and eager to learn
Are studying a relevant topic - could be IT or business operations
Have an analytical mindset and feel a strong need to have everything in order
Have a responsible character, as you will be handling critical business infrastructure
Will join us at Matrikel1 around 15/h week - some remote work possible
Have worked with Hubspot before
Have an execution-focused mindset
Can not only build data capture and organisation but also turn data into insightful slides & dashboards
Have a passion for the intersections between data, tech, and people
Are interested in the startup community

First interviews will also be held in August and ideally, you begin the work in September or sooner but the right fit is crucial. The interview process includes initial screening, first interview, case, culture-fit, and a final expectations-check both ways.
