The Team
Our Group Asset Management team is dedicated to maximizing the value of our real estate portfolio through strategic analysis and data-driven decision-making. The team plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of Heimstaden’s investments, ensuring we not only meet but exceed stakeholder expectations.

You will report to the Director of Group Asset Management and collaborate with stakeholders across accounting, acquisitions, and asset management teams.

This full-time permanent position is based in Copenhagen.
 

You Role in Our Team
You will play a vital role in our success by:

• Onboarding, maintaining, and developing complex financial models to support business planning.
• Consolidating privatization forecasts for five countries.
• Preparing rental revenue projections with per-unit granularity across nine countries, covering approximately 160,000 homes.
• Liaising with stakeholders across the organization to gather and analyse relevant data, ensuring seamless integration into processes such as BI dashboards and country-level P&L models.
• Preparing presentations and reports for senior management, summarizing financial results and insights.
• Participating in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
   

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:

• A solid foundation in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and working with large datasets.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presenting financial insights.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is required. Advanced degrees such as a master’s or equivalent highly valued and encouraged
• Proficiency in verbal and written business English.
• A keen interest in developing and maintaining financial forecast models and databases.
