The position
As a Business Strategy Lead, you will be acting as the trusted partner to the RQC Leadership team operating in the intersection between strategy execution, process optimization, and stakeholder- and project management.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• A relevant academic degree (BSc/MSc) with a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience. Consultancy experience would be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with curiosity to understand and dive into problems systematically while focusing on the overall purpose and end goal
• Experience with facilitating and designing workshops for senior management and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated Project Management skills
• Experience with analysing data and translating it into insights

About the department
The Insights & Strategy team is anchored in the Executive Office within Regulatory, Quality and Clinical Reporting (RQ&C). The team acts as trusted partners to the RQ&C Leadership Team through building analytical insights, driving strategic initiatives and projects that enable decision making and actionable recommendations.
You will join a high-performing team of around 8 colleagues focused on driving and simplifying strategic business processes, strong stakeholder management and engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and personal development.
