The position
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and strategic alignment of the Digital Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS) LABS department, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and execute activities for the DD&IT PS LABS VP leadership team
• Facilitate the portfolio management process and events, drive resolution of impediments and risks, and drive portfolio performance reporting
• Drive and support the implementation of strategic projects for the Leadership team 
• Lead a small team of student assistants with responsibility for effective execution of key administrative processes 
• Drive the business planning and organizational development of the area 
• Support the area in finance and other business support processes

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements.

• M.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science.
• Experience with translating strategies into strategic themes and relevant metrics, e.g., OKRs
• Experience with lean portfolio management and scaled agile delivery, specifically with the SAFe framework
• Ability to understand and define priorities consistent with strategic goals and economic viability
• Experience analyzing demand and capacity to support budgeting and resource allocation decisions
• Ability to drive stakeholder cooperation and agreement on issues that may be complex or controversial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

You will be part of the VP leadership team of 7 leaders driving the development and operations of IT systems for the laboratories in the company.

We all continuously work to support the production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analyses of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is of high quality and ready for release to patients.
