Behind the title
In this position, you will work closely with the Vice President of the Design Hub and become a critical part of the Design Hub Leadership Team. Your focus will be on the progress, growth, professionalism and cultural development of the Area. This includes managing the progress of initiatives driven by the leadership team, running projects yourself, developing processes that ensure efficiency in our operating model, preparing internal and external presentations, encouraging community development, amongst other tasks.

The team waiting for you
You will join the newly established Design Hub (a unit in Digital, Data & IT), and become part of the Design Hub Leadership Team. The Area is comprised of 60+ UX and UI Designers, as well as UX researchers. Novo Nordisk continues its investment in digital products and in the Design Hub, we partner with the business to bring meaningful digital experiences to life for the benefit of patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
