Busy Canteen and Catering Service Seeking Experienced Cooks for Full Time and Part Time
CoWorking Plus Kitchen, is a diverse and large office building dedicated to delivering an upscale culinary experience, throughout the in-house canteen, and catering services for office workers and the public.
We offer a daily menu of a hot main dish, fixed salads, salad bar, sandwiches and various side dishes for an average of 150 people (and growing) a day, with special consideration for fresh from scratch cooking.
We are in search of experienced, adept, and well-informed cooks for our growing enterprise. The ideal candidate is individual who is passionate about working with various cuisines and international ingredients, someone who is a true team player with high quality standards, capable of infusing positive energy into the group and possesses a strong sense of discipline when it comes to kitchen operations and best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Teamwork on efficient and structured kitchen operations under the direct supervision the Chef
• Daily production and service of fresh and delicious international cuisines
• Work on catering orders for both in and out of house events
• Be a team player with focus on personal growth
• Be open to communicate and focus on guest needs
• Solutions based thinking
• Support kitchen management team with ordering and sustainable health practices
• Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen
• Follow clear and precise kitchen protocols delegated by the executive chef
• Take initiative and be flexible
Required Skills and Experience:
• Culinary skills from restaurants, canteens, and hotels
• Minimum 1 Year of Kitchen Experience
• Experience from large-scale kitchen operations, or catering kitchens preferred
• Baking and patisserie skills are considered an asset
• Teamwork, good communication and listening skills
• Knowledge of daily kitchen operations (MEP, Cleaning procedures, ordering, stock control, etc.)
• Attention to detail with a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• High cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Structured and organized individuals preferred
• English and Danish Language Skills preferred
