At NOISY MAY, we are looking for a new Buyer for our Knit department.
THE TEAM
The Knit department within Noisy May handles eight collections and four NOOS (Never out of stock) collections a year. As a Buyer in Knit, you will be part of an ambitious team consisting of 3 dedicated colleagues, all of whom work committed and passionately with our collections. You will experience a close collaboration between buyers, designers, pattern designers, sales and marketing department, and we greatly appreciate open communication and a good atmosphere in our dynamic everyday life.
THE JOB
As a Buyer in the Knit Team, you will be responsible for developing and putting together collections in close collaboration with designers and your team members. You will have an ongoing dialogue with our suppliers in China, Bangladesh and Turkey. You will conduct supplier visits to negotiate prices, assess quality, establish delivery times, source new styles, and develop collections.
You will initiate new styles and subsequently evaluate and comment on them – just as you will actively participate in collection reviews and presentations. In addition, it is important that you are up to date with the latest trends, colors, and styles – always with NOISY MAY’s target group in mind. With your experience, you will help shape and leave your mark on the future direction of NOISY MAY.
