Role Overview: We are seeking 4 skilled CA Gen Developers with hands-on experience using the CA Gen (formerly IEF and COOL: Gen) 4th generation model-driven development tool.

Position: CA Gen Developer

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Type: Temp

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension

Required Skills and Experience:

CA Gen Expertise:

• Comprehensive understanding of CA Gen Model concepts.
• Proficiency with the CA Gen toolset, including:
• 3270 CA Gen screens.
• Windows-based CA Gen clients.
• Com-proxies and Java-proxies.
• CA Gen Batch applications.

COBOL Knowledge:

• COBOL programming skills to support CA Gen programs with external functionality (External Action Blocks (EABs)).

Mainframe Experience:

• General Mainframe MVS knowledge.
• Experience with the following technologies:
• DB2 database management.
• SDSF (System Display and Search Facility).
• CICS (Customer Information Control System).
• JCL (Job Control Language).
• MQ Series.
